Open the Gates

€12000.00

Painted in Tokyo, in front of a locked gate at an abandoned shrine.
Before I began, I wrote three intentions on the canvas in Japanese:
Transformation. Acceptance. Love.
Words to guide the energy of what was to come.
The shrine felt like it had been frozen in time—quiet, forgotten, but alive beneath the stillness. As I painted, I tapped into ancient layers, old energetic fields buried in the air and earth.
Color by color, something started to shift. The dragons came through—guardians, movers of energy. They helped clear the stagnant spaces, making way for something new.
When the painting was complete, I added one more word:
Growth.
This piece is a portal. A clearing. A quiet opening of what’s been locked, inside and out.
May it meet you where you are.
